Project Flourish - The Facts Behind Our Proposals
Since our plans for Project Flourish were unveiled in 2021, members of the local community have reached out to us with lots of questions. These have focused on things like how our proposals for the site will work, how we’re planning to make any future construction works safe, and to generally clarify information about the site and our plans.
While we’ve responded to individual queries directly, we have also put a document together that addresses all your key questions in one place.
We’re therefore very pleased to share with you our ‘The Facts Behind Our Proposals’ booklet, which covers topics such as fire safety in the buildings we’re proposing to build, how we will safely develop a former gasworks site, how the Sainsbury’s store at Ladbroke Grove will be affected by the plans, and much more.
You can read our ‘The Facts Behind Our Proposals’ document by clicking here.
We hope this document helps to address any issues and questions you might have about our plans for Project Flourish. However, if you would like to speak to us, please feel free to email info@projectflourish.co.uk or call 0800 772 0475 (freephone) and our Community Relations Team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Thanks!
Before you go…do you support Project Flourish?
We know there is great support in the local community for what we are trying to achieve with Project Flourish. However, if you support our plans but haven’t already voiced your opinion, it’s really important that you tell the Council know how you feel. Your voice matters and every supporter needs to stand up and be counted. To have your say, you can:
Email your support - planning@rbkc.gov.uk
Send a letter of support - RBKC, Planning Department, The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London, W8 7NX
Use the online planning portal - www.tinyurl.com/support-project-flourish (scroll to the bottom of the page and use the comment box).
We hope you share our view that this development will bring the Kensal Canalside Opportunity Area back to life and deliver a number of significant benefits for the local community.
