Building Height Reductions

In 2022, following feedback from the local community, we reduced the heights of a number of the proposed buildings, as follows:

• Fulcrum Building (4.1) reduced from 40 to 36, and later to 29 storeys

• High Street and Store Marker building (2.1) reduced from 36 to 29 storeys

• Plot 01 reduced from 5 blocks to 4

• Blocks 2.6, 2.7, and 2.8 added to Plot 02 to maintain minimum housing numbers 

• Southwestern block to Plot 02 (2.4) reduced from 30 to 24 storeys 

• Building 5.1 reduced from 20 to 14 storeys 

• Building 6.1 reduced from 20 to 12 storeys.
