Welcome to Project Flourish

Ballymore and Sainsbury’s are working together to deliver a new neighbourhood within the Kensal Canalside Opportunity Area. The new neighbourhood will deliver much-needed new homes for local people, more places to shop, more employment opportunities, and several beautiful public areas and landscaped green spaces. The plans also include the delivery of a brand-new Sainsbury’s store and café. 

We feel that our proposals for the site are an excellent way to revitalise what was previously unused industrial land.
